RE: Accommodations, etc. for 2010 South Georgia Regional Annual Conference
The time is upon us for the 131ST SESSION OF THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE SOUTH GEORGIA REGION (TUESDAY, JULY 13 – FRIDAY, JULY 16), and we are excited to once again have you will be coming to the Colony City and to Holsey Chapel.
Below you will find a list of accommodating hotels. You may call the hotel directly to make your reservations. PLEASE NOTE THE CUT OFF DATES FOR SPECIAL RATES. Reservations for all Regional Officers and Personnel are being made by the host church at the host hotel which is the Vista Inn Hotel. We ask that officers and personnel check with Mrs. Jennifer Turner (229-423-5168) no later than May 22 to make sure we do not omit your name.
The Regional Joint Board of Finance will begin REGISTRATION ON MONDAY, JULY 12 AT 2:00 P.M. AND CONTINUE UNTIL 5.00 P.M. Registration will open again on TUESDAY AT 8.30 A.M. in the Dukes-Harris-Jordan Fellowship Hall. Upon registration, you will receive information which may be helpful to you during your stay in The Colony City including a list of restaurants, etc. We will not serve lunch each day during the conference.
WE INVITE YOU TO BE OUR GUEST AT AN AFTERNOON WELCOME FELLOWSHIP DURING REGISTRATION, COMMITTEE MEETINGS, ETC. ON MONDAY AFTERNOON FROM 2.00 P.M. – 5.00 P.M. ON THE CHURCH GROUNDS.
If we can do anything to expedite your preparations and travel plans, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL OR EMAIL US. Someone from the host committee will be contacting each pastor via telephone to address any needs or concerns that you may have.
