WORSHIP
Worship is not about getting an emotional high, feeling better, and going home comforted. It is about how we live our lives 24/7 both in public and in private. If we are true Christians, genuinely trying to grow as disciples of Jesus, people will see a difference in how we live our lives.

GROW
Discipleship of course includes salvation, trusting in Jesus; however, that is just the beginning. When we become God’s children we are told to grow, to mature, in our faith.

SERVE
Demonstrating our love for God by serving others is a consistent and frequent theme of Jesus’ teaching. The Christian is called to a life of service—both for our brothers and sisters in Christ and for our unsaved neighbors. We are not saved by these works, but if we are confident in our salvation, it will be impossible to hide our overwhelming joy and gratitude. Others will see our love for Christ in our actions.

Christian Education is the ministry that engages people in the understanding of Jesus’ commandments to love God and to love neighbor. It is any activity that has the goal of edifying the church. It attempts to help persons experience life in Christ and as a result persons transmit to the world a witness of love to the world.

The Chapel's Department of Christian Education is dedicated to helping people become biblically informed, helping people to participate in the life of the Christian community, equipping people for living responsibly in the world, and enabling persons to grow as maturing Christians in the journey of faith. Our Director of Christian Education and his TEAM are committed to providing to the resources to help achieve these goals.
