The purpose of our Youth Choir ministry is (1) to present age-appropriate acts of praise in song to God in regular and special services of the church; (2) to learn to worship God in the ministry of music; (3) to provide an opportunity for positive experiences in Christianity for our young congregation.  The Youth Choir singers consist of the church’s youth with assistance from a few of our adults (sponsors).  The gift of music knows no limits and we try to reach all audiences through our ministry.  Our selections range from the traditional and contemporary gospel to classical genres.  The Youth Choir is open to all children and sings regularly for Fourth Sunday Morning Worship and occasionally for other events throughout the year.  Under the direction of Charles Coney, our Youth Choir members embark on a journey into the world of music.  Interested persons should contact our Coordinator, Debbie Shelton.
